3 hours of Mandatory Nevada Real Estate Continuing Education

Nevada licensees must complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
As a part of the 24 hours, salespersons must complete 12 hours of core courses (15 for brokers) and 12 hours of electives. Click for Nevada real estate license requirements. This course includes only the 3-hr Agency course.

The topic of Agency is at the core of customer and client relationships. This course was designed to specifically address the topic of Agency as the Nevada Division of Real Estate has defined it. This course meets the 3 hour Agency requirement for ALL licensees as set forth by the NV RED.
